Description

Multimedia Classroom Support is the service which provides support for the multimedia equipment in the ITS managed classrooms.   We are staffed from 7:00AM until 10:00PM Monday through Friday.

Fall and Spring Semester Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Summer Semester and Between Semesters:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

(Note:  Most classrooms are equipped with a “hotline” phone that rings directly to Multimedia Classroom Support.)
 
Fall and Spring Semester Hours:
Support hours are based upon the current semester hours. If classes begin at 7 a.m. and end at 10 p.m., this service is staffed during those hours.
