Faculty Software Install Requests




Description

Software Install Requests are any request to install software to any ITS managed multimedia classroom or computer lab. When a user submits the form, the request is e-mailed to analysts for review. The analysts will then install the requested software by the desired install date in the desired location.

All requested software must be tested to insure that it does not compromise the public access and classroom workstations' stability, performance, or security. This may delay installation of last minute requests.

Fall and Spring Semester Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Summer Semester and Between Semesters:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Fall and Spring Semester Hours:
Support hours are based upon the current semester hours. If classes begin at 7 a.m. and end at 10 p.m., this service is staffed during those hours.
